Kauai Activities

Every Island in Hawaii has its own distinctive beauty, but Kauai has more than its fair share and this is not only with its beauty, but it also lies with Kauai Activities. Kauai holds most of the most beautiful places and there is no better way to see the full panoramic view than from a ride in a helicopter. You'll see water falls as they cascade down into deep dark pools below. The view of the rugged cliffs that run down to the water's edge will leave you breathless, and as an added bonus you will get to see the Mountain Waialeali, which can only be seen from the air. It will be the most thrilling excursion of your life and give you pictures that will last a lifetime along with the memories.

Another way of seeing Kauai is from the sea. Try a cruise, whether it is for a day or longer and see the shoreline as you can only envision from a ship. Watch the whales as they glide along with the ship and see the dolphins as they frolic and play in the bluest water on earth. There are short cruises offered that will take you around the island. At the end of your day enjoy a romantic dinner on the ship as you watch the sunset. What an ending to a beautiful day!

If you decide to stay on land, there are still some spectacular sights to be seen. A must is Waimea Canyon at Koke's State Park. The only thing that may interfere with this trip is the Kauai weather. You have to make sure it's going to be a clear day to truly see the beauty that lies there waiting for you. The best time to view the canyon is in the early afternoon when the sun is shining on the eastern wall.

There are so many other Kauai Activities and things to see and do on this island, you may not have the chance to experience them all. Kauai will keep you so busy you will need a vacation after your vacation is over just to rest up. Of course this will depend on the pace you want to keep while you visit here, but no matter if you see a little or a lot, it will all go home with you in unforgettable memories.
